In order to achieve the current size of JASPLASTIK and trust of many customers from automotive and electronics segment there has been a need for high flexibility and willingness for self-development and learning. As a privately owned company with low level of organizational structure complexity and friendly relationships among employees, we were able to respond quicker to market demands and shorten reaction times in decision making. Throughout our existence we have acquired and trained many specialists and recognized experts who we are particularly proud of. However our drive and motivation for progress has not weakend and that is why we focus all our energy into standard-exceeding solutions for our customers.
